Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any taxi service, tour package, or pilgrimage planning assistance with Vrinda Tour & Taxi.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website vrindatourandtaxi.com and all taxi, tour, and pilgrimage planning services offered by Vrinda Tour & Taxi (“we”, “us”, “our”), based at Aurangabad Gali No 1, Near PNB Bank, Mathura – 281006, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By making an enquiry, booking, or payment through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or any other channel, you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with a booking, and feel free to contact us with your questions first.

1.Our Services

Vrinda Tour & Taxi provides taxi and chauffeur-driven car rental services, multi-day tour packages, pilgrimage planning assistance, and related travel logistics across Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, Ayodhya, and other destinations in North India. Services may include vehicle hire, itinerary planning, hotel coordination, local guides, and assistance with temple visit logistics, depending on the package or service you book.

2.Booking & Reservation

Bookings can be made through our website contact form, WhatsApp, phone, or email. A booking is considered confirmed only after we have acknowledged it in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or SMS) and, where applicable, received the required advance payment. Verbal enquiries or unconfirmed messages do not constitute a booking.

You are responsible for providing accurate travel dates, pickup locations, passenger counts, and contact details at the time of booking. Inaccurate information may result in delays or additional charges at the time of service.

3.Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Package prices typically cover transport, driver allowance, applicable tolls and parking (unless stated otherwise), and any guide or planning assistance explicitly included in the package description. Prices do not include personal expenses, temple donations, monument entry tickets, meals not specified in the itinerary, or any service not explicitly listed as included.

Bookings are confirmed with a 25% advance payment made via UPI, GPay, NEFT, or card, with the balance payable directly to the driver at pickup or as otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store your card details; all digital payments are processed through standard secure payment channels.

4.Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or tour start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a partial deduction from the advance payment to cover driver and vehicle allocation costs already incurred on our end.

No-shows (failure to be present at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund of the advance payment. Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5.Rescheduling

Subject to vehicle and driver availability, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a change of date or itinerary at no extra cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made closer to the travel date will be accommodated wherever possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

6.Vehicles & Drivers

We aim to provide clean, sanitized, air-conditioned vehicles operated by licensed, experienced drivers. While we make every effort to provide the exact vehicle category booked, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher category in case of unforeseen circumstances such as breakdowns, without additional charge to you.

Drivers are instructed to follow safe driving practices and applicable traffic laws at all times. Requests that would require a driver to violate traffic laws, exceed reasonable driving hours, or compromise passenger safety will not be accommodated.

7.Itinerary Changes & Delays

Vrinda Tour & Taxi is not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, temple or monument closures, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such changes to you as promptly as possible and to suggest practical alternatives where feasible.

8.Temple Darshan Disclaimer

⚠️ Important: We Do Not Sell Temple Access

Our package prices cover taxi, planning assistance, guide, and logistics only — they never include or guarantee temple darshan, entry, or any “VIP” access. Darshan at temples such as Banke Bihari, ISKCON, and Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura/Vrindavan, and at Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, is managed entirely by the respective temple trusts and authorities, and is subject to their own rules, timings, and availability, which may change without notice.

At Ram Mandir, Ayodhya specifically: the official Sugam Darshan e-pass is a free, slot-based system operated solely by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust through its own portal. We may assist you in understanding and navigating this free process, but we do not charge for, sell, or guarantee any paid “VIP darshan,” as no such official paid system exists.

9.Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers, guides, and fellow travellers, and to follow the dress codes, photography restrictions, and other rules in place at temples and monuments visited during the tour. Mathura and Vrindavan are strictly vegetarian towns; non-vegetarian food, alcohol, and eggs may not be carried into these areas.

You are responsible for your own personal belongings during the journey. Please inform your driver or guide immediately if you misplace any item; while we will assist in trying to locate it, we cannot guarantee recovery.

10.Liability

While we take reasonable care in selecting vehicles, drivers, and third-party service providers (such as hotels and local guides), Vrinda Tour & Taxi’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or losses arising from the acts of independent third parties such as hotels, temple authorities, or government bodies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part, or where such limitation is not permitted under applicable Indian law.

11.Group & Custom Bookings

For group bookings (typically 8 or more passengers) and fully custom itineraries, specific terms regarding pricing, advance payment percentage, and cancellation timelines may be agreed separately in writing at the time of booking. Where such written terms differ from this general policy, the specific written agreement will take precedence for that booking.

12.Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your enquiry or booking — such as your name, phone number, email, and travel details — and use it solely for booking communication, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. For more detail, please see our Privacy Policy, available in the footer of our homepage.

13.Intellectual Property

All content on vrindatourandtaxi.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Vrinda Tour & Taxi or its licensors, unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

14.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our services after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Can I cancel my booking with Vrinda Tour & Taxi?

Do your package prices include temple darshan or entry fees?

What happens if my trip is delayed due to traffic or weather?

How do I make a payment for my booking?
