Best Time to Visit
Holi in Vrindavan and Barsana typically falls in February–March, with celebrations often spread across a week — Lathmar Holi at Barsana usually takes place a few days before the main Holi date, while the Phoolon Wali Holi at Banke Bihari Temple is held on Ekadashi, just ahead of the main festival. Exact dates shift every year with the lunar calendar, so it’s best to confirm dates at the time of booking. This is by far the busiest period in Braj, so advance planning is essential.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does this tour start and end?
The tour starts with pickup from your home, hotel, or any location in Delhi/NCR. On Day 5, the cab drops you back to the same pickup location or takes you to your onward destination.
What type of hotel is included?
A 2–3 star comfortable hotel on double sharing, close to Vrindavan’s main temple area. A 4-star upgrade is available at an additional cost, subject to availability during the festival season.
Is food included in the package?
Daily breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner are not included, though Vrindavan has plenty of good vegetarian restaurants and sweet shops nearby.
What does “priority entry arrangement” mean at the Holi events?
It means our local team helps you reach a better vantage point closer to the event earlier than the general crowd; it does not guarantee front-row access, as final positioning is managed by temple authorities on the day.
Is this tour suitable for senior citizens and children?
Families are welcome, though the Holi crowds at Barsana and Banke Bihari Temple can get very dense; senior citizens and young children may prefer to opt out of the most crowded events and enjoy the calmer street celebrations instead.
Will my clothes and belongings get stained?
Yes, colours used during Holi can permanently stain clothing and are difficult to fully remove from skin and hair — we recommend carrying old clothes and using oil as a protective layer beforehand.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date; charges may apply for cancellations made after that window, especially during peak festival season.
